We booked direct and it was sharp-sharp check-in. The crew was always polite, handling our dietary needs like pros. Our room had this lekker balcony view, honestly amazing!
Just wish the bar area was a bit bigger, felt a bit tight, ya know?

Family cozy hotel for a great stay
The staff were exceptionally helpful at all times. We ordered extra pillows without any issues, and the food was delicious and conveniently presented.
It wasn’t exactly economical but considering the quality and services, it was still reasonable.
